Holger Bartel is a web design consultant and frontend developer living in Hong Kong.
He worked as a freelance web designer/developer in the fairly early days of the web, then he co-founded the design studio uforepublic in 2001 and has been managing their second office in Hong Kong since 2009.
Holger has gained expertise in several different areas of web design & development, but now mainly advises on strategy as well as design, and develops responsive and mobile websites with a focus on performance and high standards.

Rachel Nabors is a web animation expert and award-winning cartoonist. She travels the world, speaking and training, and helping teams use animation right in their design systems and documentation.
When not biking around her home city of Portland, she curates Web Animation Weekly.
Rachel is also an Invited Expert at the W3C for web animation, and has been nominated as Developer of the Year at the 2015 Net Awards. She runs Tin Magpie, an HTML5 app publisher and interactive agency.
